A downloadable apocalypse

Buy Now$5.00 USD or more

Blast Radius looks at a stock plot device from the inside. It doesn't ask you what you'll do, it asks you how you got here. And 'here' is no less than the end of the world. It's a game I'm scared to play.
-Rose Bailey, Fantasy Heartbreaker

A solo lyric game about bringing on the apocalypse. The spiritual successor to us and Them.

Talk to the horror and let it tell you it loves you.

Content Note: This game contains heavy themes of trauma, manipulation, isolation, atrocity, violence, and endings. Depending on how it’s played, it may also touch on things like self-injury, attempted suicide, relationship violence, mental illness, etc. Please take care when playing.

As someone who grew up being told that one day God was going to swoop down and end the world, this was a rather emotional experience for me. I'm not sure "ENJOYED" is the word but it certainly helped me process some things.

This is a neat little experience. I printed it out into a booklet and wrote on the pages and now I have this strange, complicated, emotional little thing to hold. I've already made a copy for a friend so I can see what direction they take the prompting.

It's simple, it's clean, and it's a surprisingly effecting writing experience. Highly reccommend picking it up, putting on some music, and working through it. (Printing it out is optional, but I thought it added a cool tactileness to it.)

This means the world to me. I'm glad you have an artifact of play from one half of a poem!
