In The House of Isolation: Aeviternal
A downloadable zine
Some holiday-ish Coronavirus musings, this time about The Magnus Archives, being alone for the holidays, skin conditions, Vladimir Nabokov's Lolita, garlic soup, and jouissance. The fifth installment in some??? zines.
This zine was written by a Mad white cis woman trauma survivor, and covers a lot of personal thoughts and feelings during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. As such, it may cover topics including, but not limited to: isolation, mental illness, regret, being a “bad survivor”, dissociation, abuse, violence, flashbacks, anger and resentment, the death drive, nightmares, fascism, childhood sexual abuse, magic, trauma and, of course, isolation.
