This zine was written by a Mad white cis woman trauma survivor, and covers a lot of personal thoughts and feelings during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. As such, it may cover topics including, but not limited to: isolation, mental illness, regret, being a “bad survivor”, dissociation, abuse, violence, flashbacks, anger and resentment, harmful self-talk, and trauma.
